01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and TotoSlot ("TotoSlot", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at totoslot.casa. TotoSlot is operated under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised offshore regulatory body.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the TotoSlot platform — including the website at totoslot.casa, any associated mobile interface, or any games and services offered therein — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 02 Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered member account held by a User on the TotoSlot platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits awarded to a User's Account as part of a promotional offer, welcome bonus, loyalty reward, or other incentive programme, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Games" means all online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, instant win games, and any other wagering products made available through the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required for account holders prior to the processing of withdrawals and as part of ongoing account monitoring.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Platform" means the TotoSlot website at totoslot.casa and all associated services, tools, and game content available to registered Users.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User using a supported payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds, and available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion) must be wagered in eligible Games before any winnings derived from that Bonus become eligible for withdrawal.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on TotoSlot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. TotoSlot enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered Users. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Platform.
2. You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party or legal entity.
3. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your country or jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of TotoSlot or any of its associated companies, in circumstances where participation may constitute a conflict of interest.
5. You must not be self-excluded or have been permanently closed from the Platform due to a breach of these Terms.
6. You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

04 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the TotoSlot platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, TotoSlot reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical wagers placed from those accounts, and withhold any bonus funds or winnings derived from improper account use.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name as it appears on official government-issued identification, a valid and active email address, your date of birth, and a phone number accessible to you. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

Your username and password are your personal responsibility. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. TotoSlot will treat all activity conducted under your Account credentials as having been authorised by you, unless you have notified us in writing of unauthorised access prior to that activity occurring.

05 Terms of Use

By using the TotoSlot platform, you agree to abide by the following terms of use at all times:

• You will access and use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other electronic or mechanical means to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, database, or server associated with TotoSlot.
• You will not use the Platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. TotoSlot is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• You will not attempt to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of such errors are void and must be returned.
• You will not use offensive, abusive, or threatening language when communicating with TotoSlot's customer support team or other users via any platform channel.
• You acknowledge that all games on the Platform are games of chance and that outcomes cannot be guaranteed or predicted.

TotoSlot reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend access, void wagers, or terminate accounts where a User is found to be in breach of these terms of use.

06 Deposits & Payments

TotoSlot accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating banks), credit and debit cards, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20 / BTC cryptocurrency.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. All deposits must originate from a payment method or account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a payment account held in a name different from your registered Account name — are not accepted and may be refunded or flagged for investigation.

• Deposit processing times vary by method. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically instant. FPX and DuitNow bank transfers typically take 5 to 10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations, typically within 15 to 30 minutes.
• TotoSlot does not charge deposit fees. However, your chosen payment provider may apply transaction fees independently of TotoSlot's operations.
• TotoSlot reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable thresholds or appear inconsistent with stated player activity levels.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested by verified Account holders at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal request can be processed.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, TotoSlot will process the withdrawal via an alternative verified method registered to your Account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are determined by payment method and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by TotoSlot's finance team. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours for e-wallet methods, and within 1 to 3 business hours for FPX bank transfers.
• TotoSlot reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. You will be notified promptly if additional documentation is required.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only your Real Money Balance, plus any bonus-derived winnings that have satisfied all wagering conditions, is available for withdrawal.
• Where TotoSlot reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms in connection with a withdrawal request, the withdrawal may be placed on hold pending investigation. TotoSlot will inform you of such a hold as soon as it is legally permissible to do so.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

TotoSlot offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral rewards, and VIP-tier benefits. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the point of offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All bonus offers are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page before the bonus is accepted. Failure to meet the Wagering Requirement within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your Account.
• Bonus funds and Real Money Balance are tracked separately in your Account. Real Money Balance is wagered first by default, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are issued on a one-per-household, one-per-IP-address, and one-per-device basis unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through the use of multiple accounts or device spoofing are prohibited.
• TotoSlot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has been accepted, any portion of the Wagering Requirement already completed will be recognised and handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Certain game types (for example, live casino table games or specific slot titles) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate towards Wagering Requirements. This information is detailed on each promotion page.
• Any winnings exceeding a maximum win cap specified in a promotion's terms will be voided and removed from your Account, even if the Wagering Requirement has been met.

09 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting, live betting, and gaming activities conducted through TotoSlot. Additional product-specific rules may apply and are published within the relevant game or market interface.

• All bets are placed at the risk of the bettor. TotoSlot does not guarantee any outcome and is not liable for losses incurred from any wager placed through the Platform.
• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• In the event of a technical error or obvious pricing error resulting in odds that are manifestly incorrect relative to market prices, TotoSlot reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds. Affected users will be notified and their stake refunded.
• For sports betting markets, results are determined by the outcome of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body or official results service. TotoSlot's settlement decisions are final.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to be successful. A single void or cancelled leg will, depending on the specific market rules, either void the entire parlay or settle the remaining legs as a reduced accumulator.
• Live in-play betting is available for selected events. TotoSlot reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time for operational or integrity reasons. Bets accepted prior to a suspension remain valid unless settled under the error provisions above.

10 Responsible Gambling

TotoSlot is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available within your Account settings and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.

• Session Time Reminders: You can configure notifications that alert you when you have been actively gaming for a specified duration.

• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent or time-based self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly, and excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

11 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TotoSlot platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement:

• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Using the Platform to facilitate or participate in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events.
• Creating multiple accounts or using the accounts of other persons.
• Using VPN, proxy, or similar services to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.
• Employing artificial intelligence, betting bots, or automated tools to gain an advantage over the house or other players.
• Colluding with other players or coordinating play in any game to exploit game mechanics or RNG outcomes.
• Engaging in charge-back abuse by disputing a legitimate transaction with your payment provider after a wager has been placed.
• Sharing or selling your Account credentials to any third party.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the TotoSlot platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of TotoSlot or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: (a) reproduce, republish, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without written authorisation; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools against the Platform.

Game content available through the Platform is the intellectual property of the respective licensed game studios and is used under licence. Any reproduction or distribution of game content outside of normal gameplay is prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TotoSlot, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Games therein.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data, where such access was not attributable to a failure of TotoSlot's security measures.
• Losses arising from wagering decisions made on the Platform, regardless of any information, statistics, or content provided through the Platform.
• Technical errors, network disruptions, or third-party payment processing failures outside of TotoSlot's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude TotoSlot's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

14 Account Suspension & Closure

TotoSlot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activities.
• The Account holder has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspicious transaction patterns have been identified that require investigation.
• The Account holder is under the age of 21.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations require the restriction or closure of the Account.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activities will be forfeited. Real Money Balance that was deposited legitimately may be returned to the Account holder following completion of all applicable investigations, at TotoSlot's discretion.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntarily closed accounts will have any verified Real Money Balance returned via the Account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TotoSlot is licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact TotoSlot's customer support team in the first instance. TotoSlot will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 14 business days of a formal complaint being received.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by TotoSlot's licensing authority. Details of the relevant dispute resolution mechanism are available upon request by contacting our support team.

16 Amendments to These Terms

TotoSlot reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, TotoSlot will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at totoslot.casa/terms-conditions, with the effective date of the most recent revision noted at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
